1. Using NairaDocs
NairaDocs provides real estate documentation and agency-productivity tools. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriate use of information entered into the platform.
2. Membership plans
NairaDocs offers Free, Pro Monthly at ₦4,500 per month, Pro Annual at ₦45,000 per year, Founding Member at ₦2,999 per month where eligible, and a one-time 3-Day Pro Experience.
3. Automatic renewals
Recurring paid memberships may renew through Paystack using an approved reusable authorization until automatic renewal is stopped through Billing & Membership.
4. Renewal failures and grace period
A failed renewal may place the membership in a seven-day grace period. Premium access may be restricted if payment remains unsuccessful when the grace period ends.
5. Founding Member rules
Founder places are limited to 100 eligible agencies and depend on availability. The Founder price remains conditional on continued eligibility. Two consecutive missed monthly payments permanently remove Founder status, and returning later does not guarantee the former rate.
6. Pro Experience
The Pro Experience provides three days of temporary premium access. It is available once per eligible agency, does not guarantee an extension and does not automatically become a paid membership.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal prevents future automatic charges after the current paid period. It is not an immediate refund. Refund requests are considered according to the payment circumstances and applicable requirements; automatic refunds are not promised.
8. Premium access restrictions
NairaDocs may restrict paid features when membership expires, payment fails, a grace period ends or subscription controls are bypassed.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use NairaDocs for fraud, unlawful documents, harmful uploads, unauthorized access, subscription bypass, interference with the service or misuse of another person’s information.
10. Legal documents
NairaDocs does not replace qualified legal advice. Users should obtain professional advice where a transaction, dispute or law requires it.
11. Service changes
We may improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, while aiming to preserve paid access and user records appropriately.
