1. Information we collect
NairaDocs may collect account, agency, contact, document, property, Smart Form submission, passport, signature, support and technical information required to provide the service.
2. Billing and membership information
We may retain your selected plan, membership status, billing frequency, transaction references, payment amount and status, renewal dates and attempts, reusable payment-authorization metadata, billing history, Founding Member eligibility and grace-period status.
Payment transactions are processed through Paystack. NairaDocs does not directly store users’ full payment-card details.
3. How billing information is used
Billing information is used to activate memberships, process renewals, provide receipts, handle failed payments, prevent fraud, answer billing enquiries and maintain financial records where required.
4. Documents and submissions
Information entered into documents or Smart Forms is processed so the agency can create, review, print, download and manage the resulting records. Agencies are responsible for collecting and using client information lawfully.
5. Storage and security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials private and download copies of important business records.
6. Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email, payments and essential operations, or when disclosure is required by law. We do not sell full payment-card details because we do not store them.
7. Retention
Information may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for service, support, security, dispute and record-keeping purposes.
8. Your choices
You may update agency information, stop automatic renewal and contact support about account or privacy concerns. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

We may update this policy as NairaDocs improves. The date above identifies the latest published version.
