NairaDocs Pro includes every Free document tool and adds the agency email to generated documents. It also unlocks Smart Forms, secure client links, submission management, property management and premium agency branding.
It is a one-time three-day period of full Pro access. You start it manually from your workspace, it does not automatically charge you, and the account returns to Free when it expires.
Eligible agencies pay ₦2,999 monthly while Founder status remains active. Places are limited to 100. Two consecutive missed monthly payments permanently remove Founder eligibility.
A seven-day grace period begins. NairaDocs may restrict premium features after that period if payment remains unsuccessful.
Yes. Use Billing & Membership to stop or resume renewal. Stopping renewal prevents future automatic billing after the current paid period.
Full card details are processed by Paystack and are not stored directly by NairaDocs. NairaDocs keeps transaction references and limited authorization metadata needed for billing.
Choose the available monthly or annual option during upgrade. Where an active plan cannot be switched directly, contact support before making another payment.
You can stop future automatic renewal. This does not normally reverse time already used or guarantee a refund; refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances.
